Yonnis Bakery is part of the Discovery Coffee family. Every morning, our incredible bakery team prepares the glazes, doughs, toppings, and fillings by hand, from scratch, in our bakery on Discovery Street.

We use quality ingredients and our own original, tried-and-tested recipes to create a delicious selection of handcrafted doughnuts. Each doughnut is made from scratch, using our own recipes rather than a mix, and we don't use artificial flavours or unnecessary additives.

Our doughnuts and treats are fried or baked, then delivered fresh every morning to our Discovery Coffee cafe locations and select wholesale accounts across Victoria.

On each visit, you'll find the classics, including old fashioneds, fritters, crullers, and classic vanilla-glazed rings. We also prepare exciting monthly features, special holiday treats, and a growing selection of vegan options.
